MIKEY!!! This one's for you!

My pc is driving me crazy... C-R-A-Z-Y!!!

I think it's my harddrive.... I think...

There it is again!!

I've tightened all the screws but something is STILL hitting resonance and BUZZZING!!!

*Buuuzzz*

*Bangs head off desk* It's so annoying! It starts quietly, and jus' gets louder... Then stops, then starts!!!

Somebody kill me....

lol I have the exact same problem with my desktop only I almost never use it any more so I haven't ever bothered to find a cure. I have a feeling its the hard drive rattling on mine. Maybe move the hard drive to a different bay?

processor fan? that other fan? just a thought. if your harddrive is making that kinda noise that really aint good.

Put some rubber between the disks and the chassis.
It will kill the sound by 90%.
